Returns and Refunds
RETURN POLICY
It is my honor to work with you to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new art!
1. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
2. If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away and send along full unboxing video so that I can file an insurance claim and I can issue you a refund.
3. If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 10 business days. You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the painting. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility.
4. All Original Acrylic , Oil and mixed media paintings are eligible for return.
We honour a 10 business day return policy on acrylic, oil and mixed media paintings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
5. Resin Art, Art commissions and wearable art (not eligible):
All Resin artworks , art commissions and wearable arts are final and cannot be returned; as they come with a special, personalised gift just for you and Tejaswi Poojari personally pays a generous amount to pack them professionally with their original stretchers directly to your door via courier.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
